Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities: –

· Providing advice and assistance to members of that team.

· Ensuring all team members are completing the required milestones on connect – reviewed weekly

· Setting an example of good working practice and showcasing excellent customer service.

· Liaising with General Manager on all matters relevant to that department.

· Ensuring the regular filing of completed jobs.

· Holding meetings with department/section to address any queries or problems.

· To recognise any changes in teams, work performance. This can be either an improvement or deterioration and then act accordingly.

· Ensuring that all invoices are raised for the relevant department to meet month-end requirements set by the Company where applicable.

· Ensuring that all purchase invoices are accrued and passed by members of that department in accordance with the Company’s prescribed procedures where applicable.

· To monitor and distribute monthly/ quarterly reports and ensure discrepancies are actioned in a timely manner.

· To recognise the need for training in a particular area for a member of that department.

· To be familiar with the S.O.P.’s of all the accounts handled by that team.

· Act as a back-up for any member of the team if necessary.

· To report on customer performance and identify any change in support.

· To promote compliance across the department/section.

· To assist with customer queries/complaints.

· To advise General Manager on the even distribution of work within the department/section.

· To monitor staff well-being within the department.

· To action prompt return to work meetings following team member absence.

· To ensure all member of the team adhere to the company policy on timekeeping and attendance and to report back to office manager on any concerns.

· To conduct quarterly one to one meetings with their team.
