Night Shift Travel Pharmacist Job – Fairfield, CA | Bay Area / Sacramento
Soliant has an exciting opportunity for a Night Shift Travel Pharmacist at a hospital in Fairfield, California! If you're looking for a travel role that offers both professional growth and an ideal location, this is it. Fairfield's prime spot means you're just a short drive from the excitement of the Bay Area and the capital city of Sacramento.
This is a 12-week travel assignment (with potential to extend) built around a convenient 7-on, 7-off night schedule (7:45 PM 6:15 AM), providing ample time for rest and exploration.
Your key contributions will include:
- Ensuring medication order accuracy and appropriateness.
- Overseeing pharmacy technicians and streamlining workflow.
- Collaborating closely with medical and nursing teams.
- Expertly handling pharmacokinetic dosing and patient monitoring.
- Managing operations within Cerner and Omnicell systems.
