Job Description
Salary Range: $103,000-$133,900.00 annually based on qualifications.
We are looking for a full-time mid-level provider to join our time!
This provider will participate directly in the management of patient care and provide medication evaluation and assessment to outpatients within the scope of license under the supervision of the assigned physician at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center.
Requirements:
For NP: Current Colorado RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (multi-state licensure) required. Current Nurse Practitioner license. Current National Advanced Practice Nurse Certification preferred. Master's degree required. Previous clinical work experience in family practice and inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
For PA: Current Colorado PA license/certification. Master's degree and Previous work experience in a family practice and inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
