As a TVI, youll provide instruction to students with visual impairments, helping them access the general curriculum and develop independence. To work in Virginia, candidates must hold a valid Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Visual Impairments. Experience with braille, orientation and mobility services, and accessible technology is highly desirable.
