Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the financial success of a growing enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries

Assist with SEC reporting and compliance for a publicly traded company

Support internal and external audits

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or public company environment

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
