Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with our client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in the Bucks County, PA Area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to play a key role in the accounting department. As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong accounting foundation to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end, quarterly end, and annual close process
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for senior leadership
- Manage the general and sub ledgers for all transactional accounting
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to explain variance fluctuations
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Compensation:
$85,000-105,000
