- Job title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
- Location: Orlando, FL
- Pay: $19-$23/hr (based on experience)
- Shift: 1st: 9 AM – 5:00 PM M – F
Job Description:
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance including – plumbing, electric, drywall, carpentry and equipment repairs
- Perform and track preventative maintenance tasks
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians
- Installing/repairing entrance gates as needed.
- Preforming pool maintenance tasks.
- Responsible for using hand and power tools
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Facility Maintenance experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience in a client facing role
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $23.00/hr.
