What You’ll Do:
- Oversee job site safety for both in-house and subcontractor crews
- Enforce client and internal safety standards across all active projects
- Conduct toolbox talks, coordinate trainings, and complete regular site walkthroughs
- Manage safe work permits and maintain accurate safety documentation
- Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions
- Coordinate with client EHS to ensure environmental compliance
- Monitor and report construction waste and recycling efforts
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in construction safety
- OSHA certifications in areas like fall protection, LOTO, and equipment safety
- Experience with procedure-based safety programs preferred
- Electrical construction background is a plus
- CHST, OHST, or CSP certification preferred
