Production Planner (Hiring Immediately)

1. Develop supply and capacity plans based on engineering documentation and production requirements.
2. Use capacity models and planning systems to drive tactical operating plans for manufacturing.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels, safety stocks, and order policies to meet performance targets.
4. Commit to customer shipment dates and manage schedule change requests.
5. Track progress of the supply plan and implement recovery actions for delays.
6. Identify and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory items; support disposition decisions.
7. Prepare cost proposals for customer RFQs and support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
8. Contribute to financial reporting including intercompany revenue forecasts and Receipt to Stock (RTS) projections.
9. Provide inputs to annual budgeting and standard cost processes.
10. Track and report key performance metrics (delivery, inventory, quote response).
11. Support ongoing improvement of planning processes and systems.
12. Solve routine problems using established procedures; contribute to project and organizational goals.
13. Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and customer service teams.

1. Associate’s degree with relevant experience (minimum requirement).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a Technical field.
2. Experience in scheduling, production planning, or logistics.
3. Knowledge of supply chain systems and planning software.
4. Familiarity with SAP (preferably S4 HANA).
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including handling ambiguous information.
6. Experience in data analysis or working in analytical roles.
7. Ability to interpret high-level technical specifications.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. Understanding of manufacturing principles and operational efficiency.
10. Customer-focused mindset.
