Located in Dallas, TX, this opportunity is for experienced professionals to provide comprehensive psychological services within a K-12 school setting. The role involves supporting early childhood and elementary campuses by conducting specialized evaluations and participating in student support processes throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting autism, emotional disability, counseling, and functional behavioral evaluations to assess student needs
  • Attending Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings for initial Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs), re-evaluations, Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs), and student counseling sessions
  • Completing detailed service logs and Medicaid billing through the Eshares system
  • Utilizing Frontline (EspeD) database effectively for documentation and case management
  • Collaborating across 4-5 campuses covering early childhood and elementary school levels
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of school psychology experience, with demonstrated familiarity working in school districts, preferably within Texas
  • Proven ability to manage diverse caseloads in a K-12 educational environment
  • Strong proficiency with Eshares Medicaid billing and Frontline (EspeD) database systems
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred to support diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

This contract position is full-time, with a schedule of four days on-site and one day remote, beginning July 28, 2025, and concluding June 3, 2026. Five openings are available for qualified candidates prepared to support multiple campuses effectively.
