We're hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract in Bangor. If you're confident in your clinical skills, documentation accuracy, and ability to manage a set schedule this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home nursing care and skilled interventions

Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time

Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring

Communicate updates and changes in condition to the clinical team
Who You Are:

Active RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience

OASIS experience is required

Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)

Able to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
