Auto Parts Sales Associate (Automotive Industry – Tier 1 & Tier 2 Buyers) – $45k-60k/annually DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Auto Parts Sales Associate for our automotive manufacturing client to start immediately at $45k-60k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive clients. You’ll need to bring a mix of technical sales know-how, a solid understanding of automotive purchasing processes, and the ability to communicate our value in a highly competitive space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive buyers
- Identify new sales opportunities within automotive OEM supply chains
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals tailored to each account
- Understand technical product specs and align them with customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contracts in coordination with leadership
- Track sales pipeline, customer needs, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Work closely with internal production and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Stay current with automotive market trends and customer product roadmaps
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience selling automotive components or working in an automotive supplier sales role
- Strong understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier structures, particularly with clients like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc.
- Familiarity with RFQs, PPAP documentation, pricing structures, and long-term contract cycles
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to travel to client sites and trade shows as needed
- Background in automotive aftermarket or OE manufacturing sales preferred
- Japanese OEM experience is a plus
