Job Description
Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work and teamwork? Join us as a Lead Technician, where your skills in painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry will help prepare homes for new residents and keep our community running smoothly.
You’ll be based at a mix use complex in Albany, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 3–5 technicians who take pride in doing things right.
Responsibilities
- Tackle a variety of repair tasks including painting, patching, and light carpentry.
- Get units move-in ready by fixing up interiors before new leases begin.
- Support and guide fellow technicians—sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
- Handle basic maintenance like replacing lightbulbs, locks, and appliances.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure they have what they need to get the job done.
- Pitch in with janitorial duties like trash removal and general upkeep.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in painting, carpentry, or general contracting.
- A valid state-issued license.
- A solid track record in appliance repair, light fixtures, or remodeling work.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to lead by example.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00/hr.
