Role Description
This remote Speech Language Pathologist position involves providing prehensive therapy services to a caseload of 48-58 students across elementary and middle school grade levels. Working 35 hours per week, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions through our advanced virtual platform, supporting students with diverse munication needs. The role emphasizes collaborative practice, data-driven decision making, and creative adaptation of traditional therapy approaches for virtual delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform prehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools
- Design individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions utilizing interactive digital resources
- Collaborate extensively with general education teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy session documentation

Essential Qualifications
