Description:
We are actively seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in NewnanThis is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation, weekly pay, and the chance for contract extension.
This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in autonomous, patient-centered environments and have recent OASIS documentation experience. Prior use of HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Complete and submit OASIS documentation accurately and on time (24 hour turn-around needed)

Create individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Conduct patient assessments, medication management, wound care, and health education

Communicate regularly with case managers, physicians, and caregivers
Requirements:

Active RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
