Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students across Oregon school districts. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while helping students develop the skills necessary for academic and daily living success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services virtually, tailored to student needs and IEP goals

Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory, fine motor, and functional skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Monitor and document student outcomes and progress regularly

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to service planning

Ensure compliance with Oregon Department of Education and district policies
Requirements:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Valid Oregon OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Minimum of 2 years of school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital tools

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to manage a virtual caseload independently
