Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team in Guadalupe, Arizona, for the 20252026 school year. This role supports elementary studentsincluding those in self-contained programsby providing prehensive psychological services to help all learners thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is an onsite role with flexible scheduling, ideal for professionals seeking either full-time or part-time opportunities.

Schedule Options

  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week

  • 4-Day Schedule: 32 hours/week

  • Part-Time: 23 days/week (1624 hours/week)
    Specific schedule will be determined based on candidate availability and district needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer psychoeducational evaluations in accordance with federal and state guidelines

  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective IEPs and behavioral interventions

  • Support students through consultation, counseling, and crisis response as needed

  • Contribute to MTSS and pre-referral intervention planning

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to support the needs of general and special education students

Qualifications

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification (or eligibility)

  • Experience with elementary-aged students and self-contained programs preferred

  • Knowledge of IDEA, evaluation procedures, and behavioral supports

  • Excellent interpersonal, munication, and problem-solving skills
