Basic Home Infusion, LLC is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a full-time leadership role based in Farmers Branch, TX. This is a high-impact opportunity with a national infusion pharmacy. Send your updated resume to Samantha.Taborda@soliant.
Requirements:

Active TX license + licensed in at least 4 states (or willing to obtain quickly)
Preferred states: AL, AK, AR, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV -
35 years of clinical pharmacy experience (LTC, hospital, or specialty)

Leadership/management experience required

Prior experience in sterile pounding (USP <797>/<800>)

Multi-state dispensing experience strongly preferred

Infusion experience is a plus
