Facilities Maintenance Field Technician – Brewster, NY
Pay: 31–33/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

We’re hiring a skilled and dependable Facilities Field Technician to join our team and take charge of facility maintenance across multiple commercial sites in the Brewster, NY area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for a hands-on technician who thrives on variety, independence, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to expert maintaining and troubleshooting critical building systems—including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, control systems, fire/life safety systems, and more. You’ll travel between commercial sites to ensure equipment and infrastructure are operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Inspect, clean, calibrate, and repair equipment to maximize uptime

Support central utility plant operations as needed

Maintain inventory control, manage work orders (CMMS), and coordinate with outside vendors

Record system readings and make necessary operational adjustments

Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines

Safely store and dispose of hazardous materials

Perform general facility upkeep including lighting, furniture, and structural systems
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:

Pay Details: 31.00 to 33.00 per hour
