Position: Full time for th 2025/26 School Year
Position Overview:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This position will work with children ages 3 to 5 who have a range of developmental and learning needs near Onamia Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages every child to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities Include:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, individualized instruction for preschool-aged children with special needs

Develop and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams

Use a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to support learning and development

Monitor and document student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Provide support and resources to families to promote continued development at home

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and other support staff

Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Professional Educator License

Proper endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) required
