LHH has contracted with a sophisticated Michigan law firm in their search for 2 contract attorneys to assist with a one-year-long commercial collections project. The work is hourly and the number of hours worked per week will likely range from 40-50 hours on average. Common tasks, and demonstrated experience that this role will require of a competitive candidate are as follows:

  • 2+ years of experience with drafting complaint templates, attending motions for default entry

  • Assist with intake and review of documents that come to the firm from this corporate banking client. Some cases might require litigation, research, and experience with discovery to properly litigation various default claims and counter-defense claims raised.

  • Licensed and in good standing before the state bar of Michigan.
