Job Description
As an Production Certifications Coordinatoryou will: Be responsible for compiling technical files and certification dossiers. This consists of gathering project specific documents, certificates, and material traceability records in a manufacturing environment and entering, scanning and downloading into project files. Responsibilities will also include the coordination of third-party inspection activities with production, and handling associated request for quotation of such activities.
They will interface with Certification Engineers, Operations personnel, and third-party certifying agencies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work in a team environment. Incumbent must possess computer skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of internal employees and third-party suppliers, attention to detail and flexibility to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Good understanding of Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree
