Adecco is supporting a local organization in seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success & Sales Account Manager to join their team based in Nanuet, NY. This role is essential in protecting the company’s recurring customer revenue base, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding attrition reduction goals. Job Title: Client Success & Sales Account Manager
Location: Office Base in Nanuet, NY – Supporting Orange, Dutchess, Rockland, Ulster, Putnam, and parts of Westchester Counties, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, with occasional Saturday availability)
Compensation: Base Salary $57,000–$63,000 annually + Commission/Bonus Structure
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Retention

Provide exceptional service to existing accounts to maintain satisfaction and reduce cancellations.

Conduct on-site customer visits to listen, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

Address customer complaints effectively and coordinate problem resolution with internal teams and external suppliers/vendors.

Sales Support & Upselling

Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities for services such as hard floor care, carpet extractions, glass/window cleaning, and other janitorial solutions.

Educate customers on new cleaning chemicals, products, and service options.

Account Management

Coordinate initial walk-throughs for new accounts and assist in setup, scheduling, and follow-up.

Maintain accurate account records and activity logs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales—preferably in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or related industries.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple client relationships and resolve problems efficiently.

Comfortable with field-based work, including regular travel to client sites.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, janitorial equipment, and service processes is a strong plus.
