Our reputation is built on quality, safety, and longstanding relationships — and we’re looking to grow our subcontractor network with skilled, dependable crews.
What We're Looking For:
We are actively hiring experienced 1099 subcontractor crews specializing in:
- Residential Shingle Roofing
- Durolast Flat Roofing (preferred)
These are per-job contract roles for work in the Traverse City and Saginaw, MI and surrounding areas. If you have the tools, transportation, and crew to do the job right, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Experience in Residential Roofing
- Proven track record with shingle tear-offs/replacement
- Quality workmanship and safety are essential.
- Own Tools & Trucks:
- Crews must be fully equipped to handle jobs independently.
- We supply materials and permits — you handle the install.
- Licensing (Preferred):
- Licensed crews are preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate code-compliant work and clean inspections.
- Insurance (Required):
- Liability and workers' comp insurance required..
- Subcontractor crews operate under 1099 status and are responsible for coverage.
- Professionalism:
- Clean job sites, reliable scheduling, and communication with our project team.
Compensation:
