Practice Setting
An established cancer center in Racine, WI, is seeking an oncologist to join a collaborative team of specialists. Be part of an integrated network, providing comprehensive services including medical oncology, radiation, and infusion therapy, with a focus on breast, lung, and prostate cancers. Contribute to a growing patient panel and help meet increasing demand!
Schedule Details
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 4 full clinic days with 1 administrative day
- 1:3 call schedule with minimal inpatient rounding
- Average patient volume is approximately 15-18 patients per day
Compensation
- Guaranteed salary of $640,000 annually
- Transition to an RVU production model after two years
- $50,000 signing bonus with 3-year forgiveness
- Additional retention bonuses of $25,000 per year
