A full-time DHH Consultation Specialist position is available for the 2024-2025 school year, starting immediately and based onsite in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on providing specialized consultation services for one female student who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial and re-evaluation assessments to identify each student's unique needs
  • Utilizing a variety of tools and technology to support student learning and engagement
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement tailored educational strategies
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of assessments, progress, and collaborative efforts
