Job Description

We are seeking skilled X-Ray Technicians to perform diagnostic medical x-rays, adhering to established techniques and protocols. The role includes laboratory testing procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Microbiology, and Spirometry, as well as phlebotomy tasks such as venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic medical x-rays following established protocols.
  • Execute laboratory testing procedures in various fields including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Microbiology, and Spirometry.
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks.
  • Ensure all x-ray techniques are in line with the scope of practice guidelines.

Essential Skills

  • Laboratory and medical skills.
  • CPR certification.
  • Phlebotomy experience.
  • Florida Department of Health License (RT or BMO), Florida Department of Health Certified Radiologic Technologist License, or Florida Department of Health Basic Machine Operators License for X-Ray.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 1 year of experience with X-ray in a healthcare setting.

  • Associates degree.
  • Graduation from a Radiology program (RT or BMO).
  • Spanish-English proficiency.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in the lab, offering a permanent role from day one. The work schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 45.5 hours per week. The lab fosters a strong team culture with cross-training opportunities for lab roles, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

The pay range for this position is $51979.20 – $62275.20/yr.
