Job Description
A Home Health Registered Nurse is needed for a position in the Moses Lake, WA area. This role is ideal for an RN with experience in home health assessments, medication reviews, wound care, palliative support, and patient education. Candidates must have at st 6 months of recent Oasis and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience.
Job Details:
- 13-week contract
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Day shifts: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Mige reimbursement for travel between patient visits
- On-call requirements discussed in interview
Job Requirements:
- Recent Oasis and HCHB experience (at st 6 months) Required
- Active RN license
- Active BLS certification (AHA)
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
