Job Description
Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Louisville, KY 40208
Shift: Monday – Friday — 8am – 5pm
Pay: $45K Base with Commission
Commission Breakdown:
- 2k per quarter is service revenue targets are reached
- Exceeding sales target, ranging from 0-12K for year
- Up to an annual bonus of 20K

Insight Global is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a Direct-Hire opportunity here in Louisville KY. The pay range for this position begins at 45K annually with commission bonuses. This company is a large, well-established environmental service company that focuses on reusable waste to energy. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining strategic communication with existing and prospective customers throughout the US. Communications may be related to service inquiries, special customer needs, fee quotations, account generation, customer set-up information, and logistics/project execution. This person will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
