Join our team as a Tool and Die Machinist where you will play a crucial role in creating products for security systems, keys, and automotive locks. We are looking for skilled individuals for both shift schedules: 1st shift (6am-2pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
Responsibilities
- Create and repair stamping and molding dies.
- Perform manual machining tasks using a variety of tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool and die operations.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and trap gauges.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all machining tasks.
Essential Skills
- 4-5+ years of Tool & Die machining experience.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Experience in die repair and tooling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and trap gauges effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Journeyman's card is required.
- Previous experience in stamping or molding is beneficial.
