Job Description
Soliant Health seeks pharmacist to work at a munity hospital in the Greater Nashville area.
Pharmacist will verify orders, consult with physicians on appropriateness of medication therapy, will answer questions from nursing, will supervise technicians, and will initiate dosing of antibiotics per protocol, as well as make adjustments in light of lab values.
