Job Title: Shop/Yard Foreman
Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (occasional overtime or weekend work)

What You’ll Be Doing
Material & Order Management

Pull and stage materials for fencing, pool, and spa projects

Organize will-call customer orders and ensure timely processing
Fabrication & Welding

Weld black and galvanized steel (16 gauge and up) using wire feed welding

Build custom gates, fence panels, and project components

Take on specialty fabrication tasks with confidence and creativity
Shop & Yard Oversight

Keep the shop and yard clean, safe, and well-organized

Ensure tools and equipment are accounted for and in working order
Inventory Management

Receive and inspect incoming materials

Monitor inventory levels and maintain a logical system of storage
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance

Perform light repairs and preventative maintenance

Keep detailed maintenance logs and report major issues promptly
What You Bring to the Table

At least 1 year of experience in welding or fabrication

Proficiency with wire feed welding on black and galvanized steel (16ga+)

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks

A safety-first mindset and solid communication skills

Clean background check required
Physical Requirements
