Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. This short-term contract to full time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support in a call center environment for a respected non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to quickly learn housing programs such as Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LIHTC) and Fair Housing policies.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate and efficient service.
• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
• Resolve issues related to housing programs, including Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LIHTC) and voucher systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using data entry tools.
