2 hospitals are seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
In Des Moines, Iowa, visitors can enjoy exploring the vibrant Downtown Farmers' Market, featuring local produce, artisan goods, and live entertainment.
This facility offers a variety of shift types, including 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts, with call available depending on the schedule. Call structure variessome shifts require in-house presence, while others operate on a 30-minute beeper response. Weekend call may be required and varies based on assignment. There are 28 total operating locations, and providers can expect a full spectrum of procedures, including general, ortho, urology, robotics, cardiac, and pediatrics. Locums may supervise CRNAs occasionally but will mostly work solo. Support staff includes CRNAs and techsno AAs. The EMR system is a mix of EPIC and paper charting. Required skills include proficiency in regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia; TEE certification is required for cardiac cases, and a fellowship is required for pediatric cases. OB coverage may be needed, and epidural policies are in place. Candidates must hold ACLS and BLS certification, and flu vaccination is required.
