Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Conduct audits and balance sheet account reviews to maintain financial compliance.
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Assist with collections and maintain clear communication with clients to resolve outstanding invoices.
• Scan, file, and organize financial documents to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and team members to support departmental goals.
