Job Description

LHH is currently seeking a Process Engineer. This role will drive projects from concept through prototype and into production, supporting multiple product lines and contributing to operational excellence. The anticipated yearly salary for this role is between $90,000-$105,000 +bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver hands-on engineering support to enhance production processes, reduce material waste, optimize usage, and minimize downtime in partnership with manufacturing and maintenance teams.

· Oversee and execute factory automation projects, process improvements, and equipment modifications.

· Develop and maintain detailed product drawings, technical documentation, and standardized procedures.

· Drive continuous improvement efforts to refine production layouts, improve material flow, and increase overall plant productivity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products, including designing packaging solutions.

· Establish and uphold robust quality control practices to ensure consistent product standards.

· Conduct capacity analyses and provide recommendations for new equipment investments to support operational needs.

· Assess production processes regularly and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical required).

· 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks preferred).

· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

· Willingness and ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.

· General understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and component selection.

· Experience in prototyping, testing, and reporting results (preferred).
