Job Description
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting opportunity. Join our committed team and play a vital role in supporting students' behavioral development within an educational setting. Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
- Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
- Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in educational or behavioral settings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
