Join our team as a Concierge, a dynamic hybrid role combining personalized care with concierge services!Your Responsibilities will include: • Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with basic activities of daily living, assistance with medical appointments, and other caregiving related tasks. • Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful, life-enriching activities. • Fulfill concierge tasks like driving, errands, pet care, and technology support. • Promote and manage our fee-based resident service program with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and a welcoming environment.The Ideal Candidate will have: • High school diploma or equivalent; C.N.A. certification preferred. • 1-2 years’ experience in caregiving or customer service, ideally with older adults. • CPR and First Aid certified; Food Handler’s permit a plus. • Organized, empathetic, and a team player with excellent communication skills. • Comfortable moving around a multi-level community and lifting up to 50-60 lbs.Why Join Us? • Be part of a caring, resident-focused team that values your contributions. • Work in a modern, well-lit community with opportunities for growth and learning. • Make a real difference in the lives of residents through personalized care and support.Benefits:Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
