Job Description
•Analyze month-end financial statements, including the preparation of standard schedules used in analyzing the monthly financial activity
•Prepare and explain monthly financial information for plant management
•Troubleshoot and assist in updating inventory standards
•Assist in annual budgeting process
•Assist in monthly forecasting
•Prepare a portion of the recurring monthly general ledger journal entries
•Supervise compilation of month-end inventory and investigate material cycle counts
•Review drill downs of general ledger accounts and account reconciliations
•Backup for preparation of month-end inventory materials
•Assist in coordination of audits by outside accountants
