- Process insurance certificates and policy requests related to Workers' Compensation
- Serve as the subject matter expert on client insurance policies
- Manage and organize data efficiently across various systems
- Perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
- Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day while maintaining productivity
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience
- Experience in data entry and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
