A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Stuart, FL, serving students from PreK through 8th grade. This contract role supports a diverse K-12 public school district dedicated to providing comprehensive speech therapy services in various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, including ASD, DHH, and developmental delays.
  • Support classrooms ranging from PreK resource rooms to K-8 inclusive settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SLPAs, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs) if assigned.
  • Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCC-SLP certification.
  • Active Florida SLP licensure.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, school, or clinical settings.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between assigned campuses as needed.
  • Comfort working with a variety of age groups from preschool through middle school.
  • Willingness to provide supervision for CFY-level clinicians.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours (37.5 hours/week) during the school calendar (August 11, 2025 June 2, 2026).

  • Primary assignments include CA Moore (K-8) and FK Sweet (PreK resource), Palm Pointe K-8, Parkway PreK Complex, Oak Hammock PK-8 (DHH cluster), and additional elementary schools supporting students with ASD.
  • Caseload assignments vary based on school needs, with most SLPs assigned to one primary campus.
