About the Role:

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to provide virtual instruction and support to K12 students across Arizona. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students with visual impairments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual instruction tailored to the needs of visually impaired students.

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Adapt lesson plans and educational materials using assistive technology.

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, special education teams, and families.

  • Conduct virtual assessments and maintain accurate progress data.

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona teaching certification in Visual Impairments (TVI).

  • Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching visually impaired students.

  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.

  • Ability to pass VocoVisions tech screening and background check.

  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup.

Compensation & Benefits:
