Job Description
This position is responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and production associated with packing cream cheese products. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production line equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, and labelers.
- Set up labelers, install heat seals on products, and assemble positive pumps.
- Inspect products and perform loading of cups into boxers, requiring wrist twisting and gripping.
- Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping.
- Collaborate with other departments to finish the product at any point of the production line.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and machine operation.
- Proficiency in general labor and general production tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Forklift operation skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Efficiency and quality in packaging operations, including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, and product codes.

Work Environment
Experience working in an 80,000 square foot warehouse with a 24-7 operation. The position involves 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotating schedule, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a pattern of 2 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 2 days off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
