Job Description
We are seeking a skilled General Foreman to join our team and oversee solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and the ability to perform terminations up to 1500V ac and dc. You will be responsible for interpreting construction drawings and specifications and ensuring the accurate installation of underground cabling and conduits.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical terminations up to 1500V ac and dc.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Install underground cabling and conduits.
- Conduct basic electrical tests using appropriate equipment.
- Supervise solar panel installations.
Essential Skills
- Solar Foreman Experience
- Experience in Solar/Industrial/Commercial Electrical Construction
- Proficiency in Electrical Wiring
- Active Michigan Electrical Journeyman Card
- 5+ years of electrical work experience (8,000+ hours worked)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of electrical systems

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturdays from 7am to 3pm. The role requires working six days a week. The projects will be conducted in a fast-paced setting, focusing on solar energy installations, with an emphasis on safety and precision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 – $58.00/hr.
