Job Description
The Kitting Assembler is responsible for handling all returns, accurately documenting information into the computer system, labeling products, and rebuilding medical trays to meet established standards. This role also involves assisting with cleanroom duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle all product returns efficiently.
- Document information into the computer system accurately.
- Label products appropriately.
- Rebuild medical trays according to standards.
- Assist with cleanroom duties as needed.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group setting.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Oracle, Microsoft, Outlook, and Teams.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times throughout the day unassisted.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to sit for long periods to complete surgical trays, with approximately 60% sitting and 40% moving.
- Skill in moving trays through various stages of the process.
- Ability to retain information and follow established processes.
- Adaptability to learn multiple processes and adapt to changes.
- Good vision or corrected vision to process small components and notice detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Assembly experience preferred, especially in a medical setting.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, with employees sitting down 60% of the time. It is a team-oriented setting where lifting of up to 30 pounds unassisted is occasionally required. Employees work either from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or from 10 AM to 6 PM once every 4-6 weeks, with opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $17.50/hr.
