Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary positions for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements.
Conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate and schedule interviews for office traffic and client managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Extend job offers and complete the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in staffing or HR is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
