Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist ( $3000 Sign on Bonus)

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19130

Description:

Birch Agency is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our team. $3,000 Sign on Bonus.

Birch Agency is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2025-2026 school year. The positions are fulltime, and the SLPs will provide services to students from elementary through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible.

Opportunities Available:

  • Full-time

  • Part Time

SLP Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders

  • Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity

  • Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities

  • Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines

  • Attend IEP Meetings

  • Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary

  • Consult with Teachers

  • Work as a part of the Special Ed team

  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech and Communication

  • PA Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification

  • ASHA Certification
