We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a variety of machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We specialize in heavy civil construction projects across (region/state), and we’re looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr.
