Job Description
ContinuumRx, a national leader in home and site infusion services, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for its Nashville, TN location. This is a full-time opportunity starting late June/July 1st.
Schedule:

Standard: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

On-call rotation includes occasional shifts from 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve prescriptions prepared by technicians in pliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations

Conduct clinical medication assessments and verify prescription accuracy

Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards of care

Collaborate with PIC and Director of Pharmacy on regulatory pliance, procurement, and cost-containment strategies

Provide clinical support to internal teams and respond to drug-related inquiries

Assess lab data and support appropriate therapeutic dosing

Maintain confidentiality and pliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations

Participate in on-call rotation and support leadership in PIC's absence
Requirements:

Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy

Strong puter, multitasking, and munication skills

Team-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure

Home infusion or clinical experience preferred
