General or Invasive Cardiology Opportunity in Missouri
Step into an established practice and a full patient panel upon start! This physician-owned cardiology group offers flexible scheduling and a partnership track. Practice in a supportive environment in Columbia, MO, a community known for its excellent quality of life and amenities!
Practice Setting
- Physician-owned and operated cardiology group with 17 board-certified physicians across multiple sub-specialties (3 EP's and 2 CT Surgeons)
- High volume practice and heart and vascular leader in the community, offering physicians autonomy to create personalized practices and flexible schedules
- Partner-owned structure with equal voting rights, supported by APPs and hospitalists
- Shared 1:7 call rotation with weekend rounding
- Two hospital community, allowing for a collegial relationship with a large academic hospital peer group.
Schedule
- Schedule tailored to physician's specific needs.
- Clinic hours range from 9:00 am-4:00 pm
- Diagnostic reads are conducted on physician preference
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of $600k or more (based on experience) guaranteed for the first two years, with RVU-based compensation available during this period, and a partnership opportunity after two years with a $1,000 "buy-in."
- Incentives include relocation assistance up to $15k, loan repayment assistance, and quarterly quality bonuses for partners
- Generous paid time off with 30 PTO days, 30 sick leave days annually, and 5 CME days plus a $7,500 CME allowance
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, HSA options, and two retirement plans
